RETAIL
first - MLM in the back door!
Do
you know what one of the biggest reasons is for people dropping out
of MLM?
Lack
of available cash flow!
Unfortunately
many people come into this industry with the mistaken idea that they are
gonna "be in the money" in a few weeks or months.
WRONG!
It
may take a year for you to make enough money where you are finally
breathing easy. 2 to 3 years before you can get all of those credit
card bills paid off. 3 to 5 years before you have the luxury of being
able to buy whatever your little heart desires, and not bat an eye.
5 to 10 years before you can sit back and live off the interest in
your bank account for the rest of your life.
Did
I shock you? Good, because that's the truth, and the
truth is what most new network marketers never hear.
We
see it everywhere, on the internet, in infomercials, in newspaper and
magazine ads, "Make a Million Dollars in 6 Months Without Lifting
a Finger!" Pardon my language, but that's a bunch of BULL! So
how do you make money in MLM until you start making money from your
MLM?
By
not selling your MLM!
Shocked
you again didn't I? But
it's the truth. Trying to sell MLM to
someone is the biggest turnoff you can do.
I've
been saying it for a couple of years, Joe Schroeder's been saying it,
Tom Wood has been saying it, Marlon Sanders has been saying it, Dale
Calvert has been saying it. Today while listening to a training tape
I heard Robert Blackman say it.
NEVER
Lead With Your MLM Program!
Ok,
so I can hear you saying, "But how I do I build my network marketing
organization if I don't introduce others to the program?"
The
answer is, RETAIL first - MLM in the back door!
Get
customers first, build a relationship with them, let them try your
products for themselves for a while, THEN suggest the business opportunity.
Some will join you, some won't, but even if they don't you've still
got a customer that is going to earn you commission.
" Geez, I'll never build a large organization that way!" Oh no?
All
it takes is ONE a month!
Do
you realize that if you sign up just one new distributor per month,
then teach that distributor to get one new distributor per month, and
that distributor teaches their new distributor to sign up one per month
etc. etc. - in one year you will have 4096 members in your downline?
Even if only half of those 4096 purchases products monthly and makes
retail sales you should start to see your bank account progressively
growing.
Doesn't
sound so impossible now does it?
But
a year might be too long for some of you to wait. You need income now!
To quote Joe Schroeder "what do you do when you're desperate and
about to fold your tent because you ain't makin any freakin' cash yet?"
You
need to retail something that's going to give you income in ADDITION
to any commission you make from your network marketing sales. You need
quick cash that's going to pay for your long distance phone bill, advertising,
some marketing materials, and the postage to mail them.
I
prefer to retail something that's going to be of interest to other
network marketers because it's alot easier to get another MLM'er to
look at my business opportunity if they're already a retail customer
and familiar with me.
Does
another network marketer really want to hear how great your company's
opportunity and compensation plan is?
No
they don't, because they're already involved with a company that they
think is the best out there. Another networker wants to learn how to
be a better marketer than they are now. They want to learn how to train
their downline to be the best marketers they can be. They want to know
where they can find tapes, books, recruiting systems and leads. Give
them what they want, build a relationship with them, and eventually
they'll be alot more receptive to looking at your MLM.
